Edmond Mellina is the founding President of TRANSITUS Management Consulting, a strategic organizational change and performance improvement practice based in Toronto, Canada.
Throughout his international career, Edmond Mellina has been helping national and multinational organizations successfully adapt to change, first as an executive and now as an advisor. A recognized expert at managing the human capital throughout change, Edmond specializes in helping business leaders implement their strategy and improve bottom-line performance.
Edmond is a published author and public speaker. He brings a North American and European perspective on workplace environments, in both private and public sectors. He is actively involved in the programming of the Canadian Human Resource Planners Association (C.H.R.P.).
Edmond holds a Master of Engineering from E.N.S.P.M., one of the elite “Grandes Écoles” of France, and is a graduate of the Ivey Executive Program (Richard Ivey School of Business - University of Western Ontario). He is fluent in both English and French.
