I appreciate comments especially since they add to the discussion. I think you&#039;re right that many bosses tend to be so absorbed in day to day urgencies... often for THEIR boss... that they don&#039;t think very strategically, meaning &quot;any distance into the future.&quot; We seem to live in a society of &quot;just get through this today.&quot; Important, but not enough for a leader.</description>
